 The Domino Select skills test & analysis system contains a series of on-line tests for job candidates to determine their actual skill levels in the subjects required by the job. Each subject is covered by 20 questions, divided into four skill levels ranging from beginner to guru. Each question is intended to be a little more difficult to answer than the previous question, and each question is given an individual time limit in which the candidate should be able to answer because they know or can deduce the correct answer based on their current skill level and knowledge of the subject. The time limit allows the candidate the chance to increase their score with a bonus point for answering correctly within the time allowed.
